What Is E-Turquality Programme (Stars of Information Technology)?

E-Turquality adapts the branding logic of the long-running Turquality programme to the information technology and digital services sector. Its aim is to help service-exporting technology companies build a durable brand position in international markets.

Coverage extends to software, mobile applications, digital games, e-commerce services, data centre and cloud services, digital marketing and other IT service exporters. Companies admitted to the programme draw on a defined set of support items.

Eligible expenditure generally falls under market entry, promotion and advertising, overseas office costs, certification, consultancy and intellectual property registration. Support rates and ceilings are set by Ministry regulation and revised periodically.

Both admission and continued participation rest on reporting. A company is expected to evidence its export performance, document its expenditure, and demonstrate the institutional capability development the programme calls for.
