1. Project Analysis

• We monitor progress against the work plan and the programme criteria.

• We prepare work package progress reports and technical and financial period reports.

• We guide you through the audit of the financial reports.

• We prepare presentations for period reports and attend monitoring referee meetings.

• We prepare the final project report in full.
